Enhancements to Reporting for Sponsored Research

Two new reports applicable to restricted funds (gifts, grants, and contracts) are now available in IRIS for use by departments. Additionally, a new folder, Sponsored Project Reporting, has been added to the IRIS menu to help users quickly access some of the most used reports for grants and contracts. These two new reports, along with the other six specialized reports that support the administration of sponsored projects, are listed under this new folder.

The transactions to run the two new reports are:

ZFM_WBS_Summary - WBS Element Financial Summary (One Page Expenditure Report)
This report provides a one-page expenditure analysis and lists an additional Estimated Direct Cost Left to Spend figure based on the Obligated Amount.

ZPS_WBS Restricted - WBS Master Data Overview - Restricted
This report allows you to obtain a listing of the details on restricted funds based on over 80 selection criteria.

Procedures and instructions for generating these reports are found in the attached documents. These procedures and instructions will be posted on the IRIS web site under: "functional>financial>business processes>grants and contracts>departments".
