 | Additional consistency edits have been added between the
wage type and reason code.
The Service-To date on Additional Pay may not be greater than 6 months in
the future from the current date. |
 | The Start date on a Recurring Pay may not be greater than
4 months in the future from the current date. |
 | On a Change operation, the amount cannot be made 0. A delete
function must be used instead. |
 | There is a new button for viewing errors. Using this button
allows you to see all errors at the same time rather than one error at a time.
One error will continue to be displayed at the bottom of the screen. |
 | On the hardcopy printout of the e-forms, all of the master
data text lines will be displayed. On the earlier version, only 3 lines were
shown on the hardcopy. |
 | For approvers, there is a new button labeled “Print Preview”.
This button functions the same as pressing the “Print” button one time. It
provides an online view of the hardcopy format. |
 | On the Recurring Pay e-form, certification is now required
for teaching overload wage types 1TOL, 1TO2 and 1TEA. The certification states
that the services are beyond the scope of the normal duties and were performed
either outside the normal working hours or while on annual leave during normal
working hours. |
 | A new method of data entry will be used in the final destination
central payroll/HR office. |
