We have worked with our colleagues on the Knoxville Campus to customize a new ticket request form in their TeamDynamix environment specifically for IRIS Help. This new form will allow you to quickly and easily submit your questions and errors to the IRIS team. The form includes the ability to select a category for your issue (e.g. financials, payroll, workflow, Concur, IRIS Web Portal, etc.), and it also allows you to add attachments (hint: screenshots of error messages are particularly helpful!).
