ARCHIBUS Access

IRIS transaction ZSESATAUTH000 must be used to request access to the ARCHIBUS system.  It can be used to add, change, or delete access to the Space module that is used by all entities across the university.  The transaction is available from the IRIS easy access menu from the path IRIS User Tools >> User Access.

Note:  This transaction should not be used if you are a Knoxville-area employee that is looking to request access to the Knoxville campus-specific ARCHIBUS modules for plaint maintenance, work orders, etc.  If you are an employee on the Knoxville campus and need information on their campus-specific ARCHIBUS functionality, please visit the Knoxville Facilities Services website at the following link: https://fs.utk.edu/archibus/
