Fiscal Policy for the Use of University Vehicles (12/2/10)

Treasurer Charles (Butch) Peccolo has announced that the following fiscal policy has been posted. The policy is effective November 1, 2010 and is now on the policy web site.

• FI0725 – Use of University Vehicles: The policy has been revised significantly to include tax consequences of personal use of university vehicles.

Also included are: The Vehicle Use Process Stream – visual depiction of process, a UT Vehicle Assignment Form and an Employee Mileage Log. All university business managers whose faculty and staff use university vehicles should read and understand the guidelines provided in this policy
