Benefits and Payment

The following options are available for this category:

• Access your online pay statement.  For questions regarding the pay statement, see Pay Statement Instructions.  This page includes phone contact information for each campus payroll office.
• Access your personalized benefits statement.  To visit the Benefits web page, click Benefits.
• Access your W-2 statement for tax submission.
• Create, change, or view W-4 tax withholding information.  This information is used by payroll when calculating your federal income tax withholding.  When you experience a major life event (e.g. getting married or having a child) you may want to change your current declaration.  Each time the employee makes a change, an email will be sent to the employee as an additional security measure.
