The IRIS Help Desk employs current students in the University of Tennessee System and is currently accepting resumes for part-time, fully remote positions. Students will be required to use their PC and have access to high-speed internet.

This student assistant position will work on the Enterprise Applications team in the Department of Technology Solutions for the University of Tennessee System. Specifically, the position resides in the IRIS Customer Support Team, supporting end users of the University’s SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, internally referred to as “IRIS” at the University of Tennessee.
