This year, W-2 statements will be issued via standard U.S. mail rather than electronically due to the transition from IRIS to DASH. Please confirm your mailing address is current within IRIS. Ensuring your address is current will help avoid any delays or issues receiving your 2024 W-2 form. This step-by-step guide is a great resource for mailing address verification through IRIS.
If your mailing address is up to date, you should receive your W-2 form in early February. If there is an issue with your address and you do not receive your form, a request portal will be available through Human Resources to request a copy. Please note that this portal will open only after the initial mailing date.
