Requesting an IRIS System Printer

A departmental printer can be designated as an IRIS System Printer so that IRIS knows the printer by the IP Name and Number.
 
Setting a printer up as an IRIS system printer is highly recommended, particularly if you are experiencing problems printing IRIS reports.
 
An IRIS system printer can be requested from IRIS transaction Z_PRINTER_REQUEST, which is found at the following menu path:
 
IRIS User Tools >> Request an IRIS system printer
 
For information on completing and submitting the request, click Help >> IRIS Help from within the Z_PRINTER_REQUEST transaction.
