World Travel Services, Inc is the designated travel agency of the University.  Services they can provide include the coordination of group trip travel.  They can secure bids for items such as lodging, airfare, and tickets to area attractions for your group.  This saves time for departments who would normally have to complete a requisition and possibly file a contract or purchase order.
