New Indicator on the University Ledger (3/2/2018)

The University Ledger transaction, ZFM_UT_LEDGER, has been modified in order to indicate when a Sponsored Project R# is set up in advance.

The term “Advance Account” will appear in the top right section of a ledger’s header when a Sponsored Project R# has been established before the Award Agreement has been executed.  Once the executed Award Agreement has been received in the campus Sponsored Project Accounting office, the Sponsored Project Accountant assigned to the R# will remove the indicator.
